If you love them but can’t stop at your wardrobe, here’s an awesome “how-to” I found on Pinterest!
Just slice 2 edges of a pineapple, slap a fresh fish fillet in the middle and tie the rinds with twine. In my picture, I had 2 fillets so I needed 4 pieces of the rind (one on top of the fillet and one on the bottom).
I used fresh halibut, soaked in lemon juice and then marinated in thick sweet soy sauce and brown sugar for 30 minutes. You can use any fish you prefer. Then grill away from direct flame till done! YUM!
